Jeff Ganis is a Senior Consultant with Customer Lifecycle specializing in the IT and communications industries.

During Jeff’s 20+ years of experience in research and consulting, he has developed expertise in customer loyalty management, brand image assessment, market segmentation, and new product and service development. Prior to joining Customer Lifecycle, Jeff was with Harris Interactive for 15 years where he served as Vice President, Senior Consultant in the Customer Loyalty Division. Jeff has assisted blue chip clients including HP, Sprint and Qwest in designing and developing their customer experience programs and leveraging their brand equity.

Jeff is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research, and has conducted hundreds of studies over the course of his career. Jeff received his B.A. in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
